Recipe help, PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!

We were at CN on August 2nd for the repeaters dinner, it was fantastic. One of the dishes served was Shrimp with an herb sauce on a bed of caribbean cole slaw. Is there anyway that I may please have this recipe? Especially for the cole slaw.

Chef Misha out did his self that night, then entire menu was great, but this particular dish was outstanding.

Here is to cole slaw recipe:

Cole slaw


Recipe:

1 lb cabbage (finely sliced)
½ lb carrots (fine Julienne)
1 ea Red Pepper (Fine Julienne)
White cane vinegar to taste
Sugar to taste
Salt and pepper to taste

Method:
Combine all ingredients and add the white cane vinegar, sugar and salt and pepper to taste.

Note:
You can add a small Scotch Bonnet Pepper or Habanera pepper if you like it spicy.
