    Default What every man fears?

My husband and I are going to CN in December. We want to go to the nude beach. We are nervous about it, but decided what the heck. His fear is what if he has the typical response he has when seeing his wife naked? I told him not to worry about it--it is a nude beach and it happens. Can I have some reassurance for my shy guy?

It has never happened to me or anyone I have seen while on a AN beach. If it does, the old saying is ....Just roll over until it goes away...

It doesn't happen. At least it shouldn't. It's not a sexual thing. It's a freedom thing. There were several naked people there, some with awesome bodies, some with a little padding, some overweight. It's not about that. It's about feeling the breeze and the water on your whole body, and perhaps going back home with no tan lines. I never saw anything like that when we were at CN last February.

It's totally different when you know nothing is going to happen (right then and there)!!!!!

To be honest, this was one of my fears the first time I went. It ended up not being a problem. It didn't take long to settle in and things started feeling more natural. I always kept it in the back of my mind that if things got too uncomfortable, we could always put our clothes back on and leave. We never needed to do this either.
Give it an honest try. At least 30 minutes. If things get too uncomfortable, just put your clothes back on and leave. Will it feel strange the first time? Of course. This is something we have never done at home. Will it get easier? Usually. For both of us, the first time was a little uncomfortable, but not so bad that we felt the need to leave. We would cycle back and forth with the feeling that this was uncomfortable, then OK, uncomfortable, OK... The second time we went was easier. The next time was even easier.
For us, our vacation does not revolve around the nude beach. But we also make it a point to go at least a few times while we are there.

    Enjoy your stay in paradise

Actually, it is very rare that this happens. If it does, he can go into the water and that will "cool" things down. Or better yet, have some fun with him before you head to the AN side. I had the same thoughts when I went the first time, and was happily wrong. It's not a sexual atmosphere. Enjoy!

Shouldn't that be taken as a compliment? Just hang a towel on it or have him carry the donuts back to your chairs.

Of course the Au Natural Beach is not intended to be a sexual thing, but.....sometimes things happen. It's a biological function after all. If I had a dollar for every erection I had sitting in a Junior High School class, I'd be a rich man. They just popped up if you know what I mean. I'm pretty darn far removed from Junior High now, so thank goodness able to control things a bit better. But to look down on someone just because they had an erection, if they are not being lewd, is a little harsh in my opinion.

To the original poster, your hubby will most likely be just fine, but if the pleasant Jamaica breezes temporarily stimulate something, he should just take the others' advice and roll over, head in the water for a while or something like that. Go for it you two, you will not regret it!

No worries, shrinkage is more of the issue.

Not likely to happen... We did see it once on the beach but it was due to a playful wife. No problem ...

We saw a guy walking around with a semi last August at SSB. He wasn't being creepy checking others out , was being social and stayed with his SO so we just chalked it up to lingering effects of Cialis or Viagra.

Was checking out my wife in the water a few times, and sure it popped up. Even once on the beach, but I just flipped to the side only she could see and we had a laugh till it went away. No biggie.

Don't worry. In a few years he won't fear it, he will be hoping for it!

I've been to CTI, CSS, and Desire Cancun. I've seen a few guys get "excited", but never in an overtly perverted way, generally the "issue" goes away in time and nobody dwells on it much. We are naturally sexual beings, things happen sometimes even when we don't want them to.

My husband is what you might call boneriffic. Like he goes from zero to erect in one kiss, but he never has had that issue on the AN island at CTI because it's just not sexual. He would no more get hard there than a PTO meeting. Now if we were alone....

Maybe I'm less attractive than you but honestly my husband needs actual sexual context to get the boner these days.... just seeing me naked isn't quite enough, if it's not in context. It's just not in context. And if it does get really sexy, YOU'RE IN LUCK! YOU HAVE A ROOM!

In our seven trips to the 3 Couples Resorts with AN facilities, we have never seen this as an issue. Not to say, some guys do not like to "fluff" before they stroll to the bar and bathroom.

To us, it is not part of the experience or ever a worry. See you at SSB for 3 weeks in 2016!!!

Exited? No worries... It used to watch me shave now it watches me shine my shoes.
