    Default Nights not showing up

    Just logged onto the rewards page and noticed that the 10 nights we spent last year at San Souci are not on there. I have sent a notice via the contact a romance concierge. My second part is we are heading back to San Souci for 10 more nights in Sept. and then going over to Swept Away. Really want all my nights to count so we can hit all the levels for all our nights. Can someone please get back to me, so I know we have been credited.
