    After doing the preregistration form in the rewards section, how do you know if it has been accepted. I completed the flight and minibar selections a couple of weeks ago. I went in to see if I could change the minibar yesterday and it appears that I would need to do the entire process again but no where does it tell me that it was complete. I never received a confirmation email either.

    Thank you for your inquiry! We did receive both check-ins, on March 9th and last Sunday. Unfortunately at this time, if you do want to update something, you will have to resubmit. Hope that helps, and we look forward to seeing you soon.
