Please advise when the resort credit will be offered we have about 6 couples that want to book but are waiting on that and I am trying to get them to come here instead of S resort because of the resort credit.

Hi Lauriejane, the best way to know when a sale is happening is to make sure you're on our email list. You can sign up here http://couples.com/special-offers/

Unfortunately we do not have a solid date for when the next promotion will launch. You can also find our most up-to-date special offers here: http://couples.com/special-offers/

I have a question if we book our trip for next January and at some point before we go you do offer the resort credits, can we change our reservation to get the resort credits without any extra charges?

    Hi lauriejane,

Guests who choose to cancel a booking and rebook their stay with us are subject to change in the cost of the rooms at the time of rebooking. Guests are not able to take their old rate and replace it with resort credit. If a guest sees more value in a specific credit amount over the amount that the room category will have gone up in price since booking, they are more than welcome to cancel and rebook, but again will be subject to the change in price.

    Hope that helps clarify!

    Hello,
A General Question Regarding Resort Credits. I have noticed over the past year, resort credits have been few and far between. Is there a reason you have gotten away from offering these credits? I know in the past the resort credits have been $300 & $400 and were offered almost every sale. I also know you will not be specific on dates of sales. Can you at least give everyone an idea of if there will be future resort credit offers. I know a lot of repeater's like my self as well as couples booking for the first time look forward to these and sometimes base their decision to book on them. I look forward to your response.
