Jamaica Smile IS one of my favorites! I had one everyday at CN this year.
But absolute favorite was the Coconut Passions we drank way back in 2007 at CTI: coconut rum, passion fruit rum, grenadine, and pineapple juice. No one ever has passion fruit rum now though. No worries, we make plenty at home

It's not on the menu anymore, but some of the staff still remember how to make a Jamaican Browning. Yum! It's like a chocolate milkshake with booze.

In honor of my wife, Joy, I created the Almond Joy. It took a full week of intense research at SweptAway two years ago to perfect this concoction, and I have to retrain the bartenders whenever we return, but it's delicious and refreshing for a hot day on the beach. Think of your typical Almond Joy candy bar, and you have the drink, per the following...
Coconut Rum
Ameretto (Almond Liqueur)
Ice
Blend and finish with Rum Cream
For the evening, its the Blue Mountain Martini... yum!Chris

I've never had a Jamaican Browning, but I did a little search to see what I could find. These are the ingredients, but I don't know the proportions. It sounds really yummy. I'm going to ask for one in November at CSA:
Rum Creme
Creme de Cocoa
Papaya
Milk
Simple Syrup

I find asking for a "whatever you feel like making" works really well. No idea what it is but always good and always delicious! Variety is good.

Frozen drinks we liked were Pina Colada, Miami Vice, Dirty Banana and Hummingbird. All very good and refreshing. We did notice on this trip back that all of our drinks were very weak. I don't drink much and should have been very tipsy from the drinks I had especially considering the long pour but literally had to drink 4 or 5 before even feeling a thing. Every drink we had, even on the rocks, were incredibly watered down.
