Can the resort credit earned at the time of booking be used in the Jewel Box?

No it can't, but it's so worth checking out. I've bought a few items over the years and have NEVER regretted my purchases, NEVER. There is beautiful jewellery there, some that you'd never see elsewhere, and the prices are good.

No, the Jewel Box is a separate vendor and not associated with Couples.

To our knowledge, no...they can't as "The Jewel Box" is not part of Couples but is a privately owned shop on the CSS property.

When we went in March, I was able to to buy cigars from the jewel box, and charge it to my room. They simply wrote up a slip with the item cost and my info, and took the slip up to the front desk and had them put it on my account. But when I tried to purchase jewelry, they made me pay them directly.
