As a regular on these boards, I want to give a big shout out to Irie I for the amazing job you're doing with the boards! Much more current! Hope this is a permanent position for you.. You're loved in Florida and I'm sure everywhere else!!

I communicate with Ivonna every year, at least 2 or 3 times before each trip, and this has been going on for 4 or 5 years now. She has been an absolute joy to work with and to communicate with. She has taken care of my simple requests in a timely manner and if I had an issue or a change she was very helpful. I want to meet her someday, give her a hug, and buy her a Rum Cream or drink of choice at one of the resorts. Ivonna---you rock!
