    Default 500 US Credit for Switching to Jamaica???

    We were booked to go to CB, but took Couples up on their offer to switch hotel to Jamaica. We have not received our 500 US credit as of yet. Has anyone else that switched, received theirs?

    Yes, but it's not resort credit. It is a discount on your reservation when you rebook, similar to the $1000 CB discount.
