Anyone that's been to CN recently know if this is still accurate? We want to book a couple of off site excursions but also would like to try the catamaran. I am short, barely 5 feet tall and have arthritis, is it difficult to get on and off the catamaran?
    Thank you.

You board the boat in front of the water sports hut. Its anchored off shore so you need to walk out to it to get on. It's about waist deep and I'm 6'1". I've had both knees replaced and arthritis in my back, but we've done this trip several times over the last couple of years with very little problem.
If its wavy, it can be a little awkward getting on, but don't worry there are lots of people (crew and guests) to help everyone getting off and on. It's worth the effort to go. Once on deck and seated, a couple of their rum punches and all is goooooood!!!! a couple more, and you'll be up dancin'.
We're looking forward to going again a few times ourselves, only 25 more days to go.

There are stairs to get up on the cat but you must wade into the water. Its
about waist high on most people
