In a nutshell the answer to the question is --- No.

There are too many variables involved in confirming advance reservations for any activity that requires a reservation. We may have made a couple of exceptions as a test - hence perhaps the flurry of questions, but we will not offer this service.

Too many times, even when reservations are made at the resorts, guests change their minds or forget - creating extra work for our already hard-working staff.

I trust you all understand, appreciate and accept our decision.
