pre check in problems

I am trying to pre check in and the site is not letting me log in, any suggestions. If we do not pre check in do we still get the romance reward for young love?

Try using pre check in and not member login to see if that works for you . I had terriable time getting registered finally had to do it on my IPod then was able to log in on my desk top PC . But had to go through the pre check in like someone here suggested not the member log in .

Try using Internet explorer we had the same problem and sent an email to get help from couples and were told that safari doesn't work to ore check in or sign into romance rewards

IE worked fine for me. Got a confirmation email back too.
