I just wanted to say thank you to Couples for the customer service that we were given. My husband and I booked our 5th trip last August for this coming December- we've been coming to couples every year the last 4 years. Since that time we decided to do a pretty big family trip so we decided to cancel our December trip which we did in April. Since then- we had a change of heart and we could do both so we decided that what the heck- lets go for it. This is where "jamaican" time really helped- since they had not processed our refund yet- Couples was able to honor our booking! Prices have gone up and we would no longer have received a resort credit so it did make a difference.
