    Recently I discovered the MB and we will be first timers in November (CSS). I called the 1-800 number to make a payment (outside the schedule) and was met with less than stellar customer service. I then wrote something to be posted on this MB about my experience. However, instead of posting, I got a call from the head of reservations for Couples. This impressed me. I am fine that my "concern" was not posted...but I am even more grateful that the matter was handled promptly and with such class.
    I am again very excited about my first Couples experience.
