    When my husband and I were at CSA in September we bought a CD from the guy singing at the beach bonfire, Shyman Moses. He's amazing! Whenever I'm at the gym and I don't really want to be there (which is pretty much every time), I put Shyman Moses on my iPod and it immediate takes me back. For some reason working out is much better when I'm picturing Jamaica in my head! Keep up the good work!

    1 more pound gone today .... Could have called it 2 if I wanted to stand on one foot & hold my breath just right .... LOL .... but will buffer myself for next week. Was even able to FINALLY get into my smaller jeans this morning ..... Can't wait to get into my "skinny" jeans again .... It's been a long time since I've seen my size 6's or even 8's ..... Right now, size 10 is feeling pretty good, though.

    Wow- you guys are doing great. Me -not so good. A big birthday weekend for my hubby which meant lunch and dinner out. And plenty of wine! Back at it on Monday for sure.

    I have been working on losing weight for the past 2.5 months. I am down 19.8. My goal is to lose 45 pounds total. We are going to Couples for the 3rd time in October. We have been to CTI and CSA and on our way back to CSA! I started with bootcamp at gym and now I have been on P90X for the past 3 weeks and Nutrisystem for the past 5 weeks.

    I've been down and out with Influenza B so no working out the last 2 wks which means 0 lbs down (but yea for no gain!) 4 lbs down for J!!! Back on track with Insanity this week so hoping for at least 1 lb by Sunday!

    Have not updated recently since am on maintain having reached/passed my goal. In the 4th cycle of the "17-Day diet" (there are four 17-day cycles).

    I wanna give big respect to all the beautiful folks who work so hard on their fitness. How wonderful to be so good to yourselves to treat yourself to time on an island paradise and to work so hard to keep your body nicely tuned as well...what a beautiful thing to love your life this way. ~Namaste~

    Second I've just GOT to give props to my gorgeous sexy wife. We are going to make out 3rd stay at Couples Negril on the occasion of her 40th birthday come this October. In preparation for this trip (and more importantly for the full enjoyment of her life) she's rocking the P90X routine at home during the days now. She's already a total babe and I'm pretty sure she's doing it so everyone who see's us will know that...I "married up". We've agreed to get up the courage to go play on the nude beach this year. (OH dear)

    WOW - The list is getting long. GOOD JOB everybody .... There's some serious fat being lost from this bunch .... Hope I don't find it.

    I'm a lttle disappointed on my weigh-in this morning because I have worked out REALLY HARD & did great on my eating .... even laid off the wine completely .... & only lost 1 lb .... & had to stand on 1 foot & lean just right to get the scale to register that. A loss is a loss though so I'll take it.

    Back to 9.6 out of 80 lost. Grr! I hate this up/down thing. Since I quit smoking I haven't lost anything, just keep going up and down the same 2 pounds. I decided today I'd rather be a skinny smoker than a fat non-smoker. It's the only thing that's changed...diet and exercise have stayed the same. I'll quit again once I'm in maintenance mode.

    We leave on Tuesday for CTI, weve been dieting for five weeks and killing ourselves in the gym as well as running a lot. I dropped down from 191 to 168! (my goal was 169), my wife dropped down from 126 to 117 (her goal was 118). Now that the tanks are empty it's time to fill them up at CTI! Glad its over.

    Great thread! I'm 203 lbs now. 5' 8". That puts my BMI at 30.9. Ugh!
    My goal is to end up 165.
    Starting today! My plan is vegetarian diet (good for clensing also) and biking (if the rain ever stops lol).

    Its been a "skip the diet" kinda week...hahaha...Still managed to lose a pound somehow....ON the plus side, had my first Red Stripe at a local restaurant here in Michigan!!
