Just back after 2 weeks in C.N. Did ask about the veggie bar but there was no set start or finish date. Wish that it had been opened when we were there.

We just returned on Sunday night. All the buildings were finished. When we were there last November they were working on building 5. It was to be finished by Christmas 2014.

Our favourite drinks are G&T during the day and Glenlivet scotch on the rocks in the evening for me and Rum and ginger beer (dark and stormy) for my husband. You cannot always get ginger beer.

I recently noticed that Bloody Bay has changed to Orange Bay. When and why did this happen? Maybe not a question for the Romance Officer

They did try Barbados but it did not work out. We went there and enjoyed it. The diving was not on a daily basis or on site. Much nicer rooms than any of the other Couple resorts that we have been to.

We were in Building 4 last November and it was done. Building 5 was almost finished. It was completely gutted but was to be reopened before Christmas. It was being repainted etc.

Thanks for your reply. I did not realize that it was going to be a separate construction. Imagined it to be part of the snack bar by the beach where the salad bar is now. Guess that I was wrong !!!

We will be at C.N. on August 2 for 2 weeks. When we were there last November there was talk of a veggie bar opening in the Sumer.Is it there yet? Or does anybody know what it is opening?

I just read a message from Diamond Hotels that the Grand Lido will be closing on April 26 2015. It will not be accepting reservations for stays until December 2016. There will a total renovation done...
